Thinking about experiencing the magic of a float tank?
This might be the post for you!
After listening to the episode about Floatation Therapy (Episode linked below), my husband decided that he really wanted to try it out for himself and see what it does.
What better way to do just that than to go to Synergy Float Spa (https://synergyfloatspa.com), since I knew that Chris has an amazing Spa and takes pride in his place with many more services, AND we could just connect this to a nice weekend on the beach with Chris' spa being located in Merrit Island.
So we booked two floats in two separate tanks and booked a nice hotel right on the beach. I tell you, this experience was amazing right from the start, because the booking was super easy and his staff even followed up with us to ensure that we wanted to float at the same time (it was our anniversary), but in separate tanks!
We even asked Chris if we should combine any other services with the floating, and he could have sold us anything at this point. But with Chris living with total integrity, he told us honestly that for a first-time floater (my husband), it was best to JUST float for now and let that be the main focus. So we did :)
When we came, we got a warm welcome, and they were even able to accommodate our earlier arrival time. We got a tour and detailed instructions on the before, during, and after of the floating. They have an amazing beauty bar where you can dry your hair (dryer and diffuser provided, hello curls!!) and lotion yourself. Showers are located in the room with your float tank, together with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and a robe! They also give you earplugs if you want them.
The lounge is for collecting your thoughts afterward. Here you can drink some water, herbal tea, and even choose kombucha and/or kava on the tab!
The garden is also accessible for you to enjoy sunshine, fresh air, and nature if that is what calls to you.
Here is the thing...I have floated before with another floating provider. Usually, these places offer ONLY floating and nothing else, but also have no lounge, beauty bar, garden, or the amazing serenity of being right on the coast. This is truly the best floating experience you can have with all the positive energy around you!
Chris takes pride in what he does, and so does his staff. Everybody was amazing to us. I even had an absolute mind-blowing vision during my float!
If you want to have an amazing experience, this is the place to be. Of course, we ended the day with dinner by the beach and enjoyed being uber relaxed.
We already decided to come back and do this again.
